All Heart CPR Life Saving Social

Shortly after little B was born the hubs and I took a lifesaving course at Virginia Hospital Center. It was a half day, one shot course that showed us the basic life saving techniques such as CPR. Now that he is almost 2 I think it is safe to say I could use a refresher that is why I am so excited that Very Busy Mama and All Heart CPR have put this event together to remind us how important it is to take a moment to refresh our skills.
